My name is Tylor Wilson, I’m the creator and owner of this website and the characters featured here, as well as on our social media pages. I started this site in 2015 with a vision of bringing a fun and magical atmosphere, much like any toy store should have, to my own online shop without sacrificing usability for visitors. To add some fun and life to the site, we have an arcade that will continue to grow and evolve as well as a whole cast of characters! Ranging from the main crew of Bongo and his pals, to all of the residents of The Toy Isle, this colorful crowd breathes life into the island. I plan to introduce these characters through a series of free printable coloring pages, focusing on all of my characters enjoying some of their daily activities and other fun topics, with more ideas for activities to come! The goal of The Toy Isle is to become the go-to place on the web to get the latest toys, while offering fun and free entertainment to visitors. The safety of my visitors is of utmost importance. Rest assured I’ve played all of the arcade games myself, looking for a mix of kid friendly and entertaining games with little to no chat options. Though some of the games available have short, friendly predetermined chat options to choose from, such as “Good game!’, they are heavily filtered to ensure everyone’s safety. Some games run ads based on users’ search history and The Toy Isle is not responsible for the ads played for users, so please play at your discretion and anyone under 18 please ask your Parents/Guardians first!.

Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days upon receiving the order, tracking numbers will be emailed to you after your order has been processed and shipped. Shipping times may vary as we are working with suppliers from all over to get the toys your looking for at fair prices
If your item is delivered damaged please notify the carrier immediately to begin a claim as well as photographs of the damage, keep all packing material for proof of damage and print a copy of your receipt from us as well as your Tracking Number. Feel free to contact us with my information at the bottom of this page with any questions.
Returns
Returns will only be accepted within 1 week of receiving your item.
Returns will only be accepted with the item fully sealed in its original manufacturer’s packaging, with all components still sealed within the package. Any signs of play damage, water damage, sun damage, stickers, scratches or missing pieces will void the possibility of a refund.
The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, upon receiving your return and passing inspection the customer will receive a full refund for the item only. the customer will cover all shipping costs, with the exception of a mistake or damage on our part. We will cover costs of replacing incorrect items, or any errors we make fulfilling your order.
